Interdoor are celebrating with the news that Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc has awarded Interdoor with a 3 year contract to exclusively maintain all of its high speed doors across its entire estate.
Interdoor and its predecessor, Envirodoor, have worked with Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc for over 20 years; however, this is the first time that a contract has been awarded to a single door company to maintain all of its high speed doors across its entire estate.
Mark Roberts, Managing Director of Interdoor, said “We are absolutely over the moon with this new contract and is a real testament to the hard work and effort put in over the last few years by everyone who works for Interdoor, particularly over the challenging last 9 months we have all had to endure. Interdoor is driven to provide excellent customer service and it is pleasing that Morrisons have been so happy with our level of service that they have granted us an exclusive 3 year contract.”
Mark continued: “Morrisons continues to grow its operations and we look forward to continue working with this valued customer and helping them with their growth plans.”
As well as provided specialist maintenance services to Morrisons, Interdoor’s two main high speed doors, the Whirlwind® horizontal high speed door and the Tornado® vertical high speed have also been specified by the Morrisons’ design team as the high speed doors of choice to be installed across its estate.
Gary Toalster, Operations Director at Interdoor, commented “We have developed our high speed doors over the last few years aiming at providing high quality door systems that will help reduce customers’ long term maintenance costs. By way of example, we have installed over 20 Whirlwind® horizontal high speed doors to customer over the last 12 months and have not been called out to one yet, demonstrating that our products out shine all others in the marketplace as far as reliability and quality. We are delighted that Morrisons have chosen these doors as the high speed doors they would like to see across their estate.”
